  • cardano-api 8.20 → 11.11.0.0 crosses a breaking release

Own era handling: own-work. Maps eras exhaustively up to Conway and fixes its UTxO output type to Conway, on cardano-api 8.20 and its removed CardanoMode API; the upgrade to cardano-api 11.8 is a port. A dependency solve (2026-10-22, scripts/readiness/bump-solve) does not resolve even for shipped code: its build files name ouroboros-network-protocols and the ouroboros-consensus protocol, diffusion and cardano packages, which consensus 5.1 carries as sub-libraries; its tests pin a cardano-node-emulator that no release supports on cardano-api 11.x; and the compiler moves from GHC 9.2.8 to 9.6.7.
