Highlights

Week two, and the initiative was already advancing on two fronts at once.

On cardano-init (15 commits) we turned the spec into a working prototype:

• The first project templates for Aiken (on-chain) and MeshJS (off-chain)
• YaciDevKit wired in as a one-command local devnet for testing
• CI and scheduled smoke-test workflows
• Alignment with cardano-up for node infrastructure.

Meanwhile we opened a second track on contracts-library: our OpenZeppelin-style library of audit-ready Cardano smart contracts (7 commits). We drafted its PRD and the first contract catalog.

All of this still ahead of a funding decision. Two of the initiative's biggest deliverables, underway in parallel from the very start.
