Establish the team, socialise scope for community alignment, and commence mapping of ecosystem documentation. Completed on signing of the contract.

Bring companies and entities that contribute to Cardano DevX under a shared strategy, and produce a map of ecosystem tooling. This baseline drives the Community Collaboration bounties and the Reactive workstream, and grounds every other deliverable in what already exists.

A high-level umbrella CLI that leverages identified tooling so that starting a new Cardano project takes minutes. The initial version ships with a reduced stack but a plugin architecture so anyone can add their tooling without knowing the tool's internals. Everything that can be upstreamed will be upstreamed to improve the underlying tools.

Design and implement standardized, reusable on- and off-chain contracts with an emphasis on DeFi, plus the library's infrastructure and website. The deliverable ships at least five ready-to-audit contracts (e.g. Vesting, Programmable Tokens, DEX, Swap, Lending). A Cardano High Assurance proposal is expected to formally prove properties of these contracts.

In collaboration with the Cardano Foundation, Intersect, and the community, make the Developer Portal the canonical entry point. Define and create onboarding content for EVM/blockchain developers, Web2 developers, and technical entrepreneurs; add a CI/CD pipeline that keeps code snippets working; and restructure the portal to optimize for onboarding and LLM use.

Run a developer hackathon; publish a bounty programme for community repo fixes; and work on developer outreach through two-way public engagement.

Demonstrate measurable MAU uplift and improved developer NPS versus baseline, and produce the final close-out report for the program.

Targeted contributions to community-maintained tooling, additional SDK integrations, filling key documentation gaps, and building new, currently unidentified tooling. Selection criteria, decisions, and outcomes are reported transparently.
